Word has trickled in that Sony will be offering a new limited edition PS3 bundle for Final Fantasy XII. The new bundle will include a white PS3 with the caveat that the bundle is only going to be offered in Japan.

The white case of the PS3 will also be adorned with graphics from the game and will hit Japanese stores on December 17 for about £288. The best chance for you to get one of the bundles is to hit eBay where you can expect to pay much more than retail.

The new cheaper price of the PS3 Slim has sales booming for Sony. "The new PS3 has been doing very well, and one of the reasons for this is the price. As a system in the living room, we have managed to realize this price without making any changes to what is good about it."
