The most polluting car in Britain is the Dodge SRT-10 according to information released by the Environmental Transport Association. It’s not clear if by SRT-10 they mean the pickup version or the Viper, odds are they are talking Viper.
According to the association, the car emits 488 grams of carbon dioxide every kilometer it is driven and that an acre of forest with 322 mature oak trees would be needed to absorb the cars emissions in a year.
On the other side of the coin, the greenest vehicle in the country is now the Honda Insight. The Insight toppled the Toyota Prius from the top of the green mountain.
