Aston Martin has announced that it is building an all-new sports car it considers super-exclusive -- meaning way expensive. The car is called the One-77 and is slated for a late 2009 entry into the market at a price of £1.2 million.

For that price, Aston Martin says owners will be able to get involved in the design process and development to get the car tailored to their requirements. Aston Martin says that each example will be entirely individual.

The car was originally intended to be a two seat coup with hand-formed aluminum panels over a carbon fibre chassis. The customization is so great that Aston says some of the cars could end up being a 2+2 or even convertibles.
