I mentioned yesterday that Sony Ericsson was teasing the launch of a new product on its website. According to ITProPortal the launch is sure to be the W707 and W302 handsets. It says that the W707 is a cut down version of the W980 with no 8GB of memory.

Other items said to be cut from the W707 include the auto focus digital camera and the FM transmitter. The other handset ITProPortal says will launch is the W302.

It says that the W302 will be a slim 2MP camera phone with basic functionality. Neither of those devices sounds like much of a huge announcement to me. Odds are that some other handsets with more interesting features will show up as well.
