T-Mobile says that it recently took a survey of British customers to see what they thought about wireless Internet access and where the access should be available. According to the study 20% of the customers polled say that they should be able to get Internet access everywhere.
That everywhere includes places like the pub, the beach and the park. Specifically users thought they should be able to access sites like Facebook and 8% wanted pub access, no doubt to be able to prove who the best footballer is with hard facts.
The survey also says that 37% of UK feels they should be allowed to work outside with mobile broadband rather than inside at the office. Working outside is all fine and good so long as the weather is nice, working in the heat of the summer or dead of winter wouldn’t be fun.
