Greenpeace says the new iPhone 3G doesn’t have better eco sensibility than the original. According to Greenpeace Apple missed a big chance to improve the environmental impact of the new iPhone.
According to the Greenpeace Guide to Greener Electronics the new iPhone actually made Apple’s green rating backslide. Nintendo is still the lowest ranked firm on the list with Apple slipping deep into the red.
The top two firms on the guide according to Greenpeace are Sony Ericsson and Sony with Nokia coming next and Samsung slipping into the redder areas of the chart. Nintendo says it is unranked because it didn’t provide information for the ranking.
